
March 2024. There is that Asian Slaw with ginger dressing again. This time paired with grilled salmon with a honey mustard glaze and topped with beef bacon, and grilled zucchini and onion wedges. Of course you can top the salmon with pork bacon. I should have precooked the bacon before grilling, it did not come out crispy at all. Otherwise, flavors were great together. Also paired with oven grilled green beans with French onion/panko/garlic topping.
